Tougher rules on e-cigarettes as recommended by the World Health Organisation (WHO) would risk the lives of over 50,000 people according to addiction experts in the UK. In August, WHO urged governments to ban the use of electronic cigarettes indoors, as well as other regulations. The ecig’ debate is intensifying ahead of an international conference in October – Associated Press
